At SMP, Timo is in charge of standardizing and optimizing all our processes across all SMP offices. At first glance, this task would seem very technical in nature; yet in reality it is a real people's business. By continuously improving internal processes and by rolling out suitable software, Timo significantly facilitates all of his colleagues' day-to-day work. And that is exactly what matters to Timo. He regards his role as that of a personal intermediary between people, technologies, and slick and streamlined processes.
