Jonathan advises funds, corporations and growth-oriented enterprises on all matters of corporate law. He specializes in venture capital transactions, core corporate law as well as corporate litigation.

Education and Career

Jonathan studied law at the University of Mannheim, the Universidade Nova de Lisboa and the University of Cambridge (UK). Jonathan worked as junior associate for several leading international law firms as well as the German Foreign Office in Berlin and Phnom Penh (Cambodia). Before joining SMP he was an associate at Flick Gocke Schaumburg.


Jonathan’s recent work highlights include advising:
