Education and Career
Friedrich studied German and French law at the University of Cologne and the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). After his PhD at the University of Cologne, he completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal.
He is a lecturer for International and European Tax Law at the Humboldt University of Berlin.
