Christoph advises companies, shareholders as well as members of management boards and supervisory boards on all matters of corporate law. His practice focuses on corporate litigation.

Education and Career

Christoph studied law in Cologne and at the University of Paris I (Panthéon-Sorbonne). His practical training at the Berlin Higher Regional Court included stints at Germany's Federal Ministry of Justice, with White & Case, and at UNIDROIT (Rome).

Christoph was a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Dauner-Lieb (chair of civil law, Cologne University) for many years.
