Berlin – Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised Capital D on the acquisition of a majority stake in VONQ, a company active in the field of recruitment marketing technology. SMP was responsible for handling the German law aspects of the transaction alongside the Dutch law firm Van Campen Liem. Capital D is a London based, private equity fund manager focused on investing in mid-market companies that show clear evidence of transforming legacy business models or have demonstrable potential to do so. VONQ's objective is to apply its technology to enable corporate recruiters to attract the right talent themselves without administrative burden.
The Van Campen Liem team included Marc van Campen, Raffaele Gargiulo, Etienne Hein, Ilona van den Bergh, Coen Sip, Sophie de Mandt, Saman Sadeghi, Anna Fredova, Nathan Hoeffnagel and Edward van Leeuwen Boomkamp.
