Berlin - Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised Wunder Mobility on the acquisition of Fleetbird. The acquisition of the market-leading car and scooter-sharing software company is made against payment of a double-digit million amount. Once again, Wunder Mobility was comprehensively advised by a team led by SMP partner Benjamin Ullrich. The same team recently advised the Hamburg-based company in its 30 million dollar Series B financing round.
