Berlin – Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised Berlin-based venture capital investor Visionaries Club on the formation of its first fund generation with a target volume of 80 million Euros. Investors in the fund include members of renowned family businesses such as Swarovski, Fiege, Conrad, Miele and Bitburger Ventures along with well-known digital entrepreneurs such as Johannes Reck (Get Your Guide), Dominik Richter (HelloFresh), Tarek Müller (About You), Florian Gschwandtner (Runtastic), Martin Sinner (Idealo), Malte Siewert (Trivago) and the Flixbus founders. The raised capital is divided onto to funds, each concentrating on different development stages. The early stage fund will invest between 250.000 and 1.5 million Euros per company. The second fund will invest three to five million Euros in companies at later stages (Series B). SMP provided comprehensive legal and tax advice on structuring the new fund as well as on all corporate, tax and regulatory matters. The SMP team was led by partners Fabian Euhus and Helder Schnittker.
