Berlin - SMP advised Berlin-based early stage investor Project A on its investment in health care company Windstar Medical. Together with the private equity investor Oakley Capital, Project A invested in the Wertheim-based provider of healthcare products, which has set itself the task of developing companies and brands in the expanded healthcare market as well as supporting them in their expansion. The parties have agreed not to disclose any further details regarding the sale. Comprehensive legal and tax advice was again provided to Project A by an SMP team. SMP already accompanied the early-stage investor in a number of investments in Germany and abroad and launched three fund generations for him. SMP partners Tim Schlösser and Malte Bergmann took the lead for this mandate.
