SMP advises Project A and Senovo on the investment in Anyline

Berlin - Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised Project A Ventures and Senovo on their investment in Vienna-based startup Anyline. The financing round amounts to 12 million USD. This series A is led by Project A, Senovo continues backing as an existing investor.

Anyline was founded in Vienna in 2013 and has established itself as the market leader for mobile text recognition. With the latest approaches in artificial intelligence, any mobile device is given the opportunity to process written characters in real time - even in offline mode. This way, Anyline enables companies to save time and resources.

SMP Partners Frederik Gärtner and Benjamin Ullrich advised the two investors Project A and Senovo together with Philipp Kinsky and Georg Durstberger from the Austrian law firm Herbst Kinsky.
The Vienna law firm Brandl & Talos (Roman Rericha, Markus Arzt, Sabine Konrad and Christina Bernhart) advised Anyline.
