SMP advises La Famiglia on the launch of a new fund for TransTech startups

Berlin - SMP advised the venture capitalist La Famiglia on the launch of its second fund. With a volume of 50 million euros, the fund is significantly larger than the first fund generation launched in 2017 and is designed to support TransTech companies. Skype founder Niklas Zennström and La Famiglia founder Jeannette zu Fürstenberg, the family offices of the Oetker, Hymer and Swarovski families and other well-known investors are participating in La Famiglia II. La Famiglia was comprehensively advised on legal and tax matters by a team led by SMP partner Fabian Euhus.

"Developers of transformative technologies have set out to improve human well-being. This important project will be further advanced with the launch of the new La Famiglia fund. We are pleased that we were able to support the team as legal advisors", says SMP partner Fabian Euhus.
