Berlin - SMP advised the venture capitalist La Famiglia on the launch of its second fund. With a volume of 50 million euros, the fund is significantly larger than the first fund generation launched in 2017 and is designed to support TransTech companies. Skype founder Niklas Zennström and La Famiglia founder Jeannette zu Fürstenberg, the family offices of the Oetker, Hymer and Swarovski families and other well-known investors are participating in La Famiglia II. La Famiglia was comprehensively advised on legal and tax matters by a team led by SMP partner Fabian Euhus.
