Berlin – Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised Berlin-based healthtech company Keleya on its Seed-2 financing round. The investors include Lucanus Polagnoli, BrückenKöpfe, MediVentures and W & W brandpool. Keleya intends to use the fresh capital infusion for further expansion of the services and - as an essential building block - for the intensification of the existing cooperation with midwives. Additional platform content and functions will support the cooperation of pregnant women and midwives even more. In doing so, Keleya wishes to contribute to improving the information and care of expectant mothers in close cooperation with midwives. Keleya was comprehensively advised on all corporate law matters by SMP part-ner Benjamin Ullrich and team.
