Berlin - SMP has advised London-based early-stage investor Dawn Capital on its investment in the LegalTech company Bryter. The Berlin-based company with a focus on the legal consulting industry digitizes repetitive processes and decisions and enables their automation. In addition to Dawn Capital, Accel, Notion Capital and Chalfen Ventures participated in the Series A financing round with a total volume of US$16 million. According to Bryter, the company intends to use the capital to expand into the U.S. market. Dawn Capital received comprehensive legal advice from a team led by SMP partner Benjamin Ullrich.
