Berlin - Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) has advised Berlin-based VC Cherry Ventures on the investment in the Munich-based start-up Luminovo. La Famiglia VC, Hanno Renner (CEO and Co-Founder of Personio) and Sebastian Schuon (founder of Stylight) also invested.
Luminovo develops tailor-made deep learning solutions that customers can implement directly in their production and work processes. The solutions can be used to automate numerous manual and repetitive tasks in the production. The start-up has already implemented the first projects for Infineon Technologies and Daimler. After the financing round and using the fresh capital, the start-up will shift its focus to the production of printed circuit boards.
