Berlin - Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) has advised the international private equity and venture capital firm Battery Ventures in connection with the series A financing round of the Munich-based business travel start-up Lanes & Planes with a total volume of 10 million US-Dollar. Alongside Battery Ventures and the co-investor DN Capital as new investors, existing shareholders have expanded their respective investments in Lanes & Planes.

Lanes & Planes offers a holistic SaaS solution for travel management, which integrates all areas of the business trip completely digitally. The fresh capital is intended to foster the further growth of Lanes & Planes, particularly by accelerating the international expansion of the business model.
