Berlin – SMP advised the venture capital firm Amplifier on its investment in the Berlin software company Bliq. As lead investor, Amplifier led the Seed II financing round together with US VC Space Capital. Early-stage investor Atlantic Labs, together with US investors Revel Partners and Proeza Ventures, and angel investor Andreas Kupke also invested in the company. SMP partners Tim Schlösser and Stephan Bank and team provided legal advice to Amplifier during the transaction.
