Berlin – Schnittker Möllmann Partners (SMP) advised the Munich-based venture capital investor 42CAP on the formation of its second venture capital fund. The total volume of the fund, focussing on seed and early stage investments, adds up to 50 million Euros. In addition to the European Investment Fund (EIF), the financial investor KfW Capital and the London-based investment firm Isomer Capital, the investors include the business founders themselves as well as private investors and business angels. A team led by SMP partners Jens Kretzschmann and Stephan Bank provided comprehensive advice on all corporate, tax and regulatory matters.
